If you have initiated a credit application within the Sighten system, you can also cancel the application at any stage - even after a credit decision has been returned.

If the credit application has been initiated outside of the Sighten system, please go to the appropriate financier's site to cancel the credit application.

Once you are in the right project, click on the "Qualification" icon, which looks like a checkmark inside a box, in the upper right hand navigation bar.

Once you are on the qualification page, you will see a blue button with "View Details" text.  To the right of that, you'll see an "x", which indicates cancellation of a credit application.  Click on that "x".  Once you've clicked on that, you will see a message in a green box indicating that your credit application has been cancelled.
