If you are using the Sighten platform in either of the following use cases, you can manually approve a credit result in the Sighten platform to reflect the actual status of a credit application that has been determined by the appropriate party.

1. You are a solar financier and need to manually update the credit decision within the Sighten platform based on a result obtained through your credit decision engine.

2. You are an installer and need to manually update the credit decision within Sighten to reflect a decision provided to you by the financier.

NOTE: Sighten's system is NOT an official determination or record of a credit decision, which can only be provided directly by a financier.  If you are updating the credit manually in Sighten's system, you are doing so only to reflect a decision provided by the solar financier.

Once you are in the right project, click on the "Qualification" icon, which looks like a checkmark inside a box, in the upper right hand navigation bar.

Once on the qualification page, click on the "View Details" button.  This button will only be available after the credit process has been initiated.

If you have the right permissions, you will be able to update the following fields in the credit:

- Status

- Approval Amount

- Expiration Date

- External ID (important if there is an API integration)

- Notes
