If you are an installer for which either of the following are true within the Sighten platform, then you likely need to submit each operations milestone for review (hopefully, to be approved!).
- You work with a channel manager through which you obtain key services
- You work with a financing provider that is integrated in the Sighten platform
To submit a milestone for approval, the project must already have a signed contract uploaded into Sighten. To see steps on how to accomplish that, please go to the article "How do I upload a signed contract / agreement to a quote?".
Once on the project, you can click the operations icon in the upper right navigation bar.
Once you have done that, you will see the operations workflow for the associated product. Once you have completed the required tasks in the milestone, you can press the "Send for Approval" button. This will notify the developer and/or financier that you have submitted the milestone for review.
