After entering site, contact, and utility information, you must create a system to proceed.  However, it is not necessary to draw a system.  Upon clicking '+ NEW SOLAR ARRAY', a menu appears with two options: 'DRAW ARRAY' and 'INPUT WITHOUT DRAWING'.  

Selecting 'INPUT WITHOUT DRAWING' skips the steps of drawing an array and selecting the azimuth side, and instead provides functionality to specify the number of strings and the panels per string.  Other input fields are still required.
