Milestones and tasks are a powerful project management tool on the Sighten platform. Tasks are created within each milestone to ensure key steps are completed while moving through the solar sales and installation process.
Different installers will have different tasks, and some financiers have tasks that are required when using their products.
Milestones and tasks are accessed through the Ops Pipeline. Jobs will appear under the milestone they are currently in.
Clicking on a job will display the tasks for that milestone.
When all tasks in a milestone are completed, the milestone can be sent for approval.
When all milestones have been completed and approved, the job is complete!
To view your job history (jobs that have completed all milestones), from the Ops Pipeline click the Completed Jobs button.
