Below is a general guideline for how requests should be routed.

  1. When encountering an issue for the first time, please escalate the issue to your internal help desk.  They are often familiar with the issue and can provide the quickest answer to you with the proper context.
  2. If you have a question about one of the financing products that is getting quoted, it is best to direct the question directly to the financier.  Below are examples of questions that should be routed to the financing provider.
  • Credit application fields/issues/errors
  • Credit application decisions
  • E-sign / DocuSign questions
  • Financing product availability
  • Product pricing
  • Loan agreement documents
  • Underwriting operations workflow & requirements
  • If your company's internal help desk is not able to address your question and your issue is not related to the financing product, your help desk can reach out to support@sighten.io or submit a ticket using our feedback widget.  Issues that the Sighten team sometimes sees and may be able to help address are the following:
    • Unresolved API error message
    • User interface error message
    • User / company administration (e.g. job deletion requests)
    • Feature requests
