You can use proposal settings to tailor Sighten's proposal to your company's brand. The default proposal template can be changed as well as a selection of content settings. Proposal content settings can be edited for the following:
  • Cover page image
  • Proposal Title
  • Disclaimers (System Disclaimer, Disclaimer 1, Disclaimer 2)
  • Next Steps
  • Referrals
  • Logo and color are based on your organization's profile

Admin privileges are necessary to make changes to your organization's proposal settings ("Organization Administrator" user permission)


To get to the proposal settings, log in, click on the user icon in the top right, and select settings.

Then, click Proposal. 


Click on a template to change the default. You can choose from four proposal options. You will see a message letting you know the default has been successfully changed, and the default will be outlined in blue. 


To edit content settings, click Settings.

Make changes, then click "Save" at the upper right once you're done making updates.

You'll notice the thumbnail on the left shows what page(s) the text will appear on. For example, disclaimers 1 & 2 appear on multiple pages. 


Disclaimers 1 & 2 are generally used to cover any financing and savings disclaimers that are included in the proposal. They appear on the same pages, with a small spacing break between them.
