Features

  • Job archiving and workflow cancellation:

    • Jobs in the sales pipeline can be archived.

    • Jobs in the ops pipeline can be archived: option to cancel the workflow only or archive the entire job.

    • Archived jobs default to not show in the pipeline: filter setting is available to show or not show archived jobs; archived jobs cannot be clicked into from the pipeline view.

    • Notifications sent to assigned user and manager(s) when job archived.

Enhancements

  • Easier address entry with no zip code requirement. Addresses can now be entered via PriceCheck or the standard UI without entering a zip code. By entering a street address and city the zip code will auto-populate when clicking Validate Address.

  • Improved address lookup ensures the address pin is placed correctly for new site creation.

  • E-sign modal message will now show legal contact when the legal contact is different than the original installation contact.

  • Improved error messaging when changes are made to contact, utility, usage, system, or other information that impacts existing quotes.

  • Quote re-solve & invalidation improved for cases where arrays in the originally quoted system are created or deleted.

  • Document & proposal download technical improvement for jobs created through PriceCheck. 

  • Logging infrastructure improved to support partner inquiries - all async celery task queues are now logged. 

  • Migration to Django 1.8 from 1.7.

  • The address override feature will now update the address displayed in the job banner.

  • Improvement to incentives handling for South Carolina Electric & Gas Utility (SCEG). Deprecated PBI incentives now excluded from solar bill cash flows shown in the proposal.
