If you are going to make changes to a system that already has a signed agreement, we recommend creating a new system to help track the changes of the original design compared to the new design.

  • Create a new system. You can create a new system by clicking "+ New System"
  • We recommend naming the new system "Re-design" or something similar. You can re-name the system by hovering next to the name tab. You will see a pencil/edit icon appear.
  • Create new quotes for the re-design system. You can always see how you priced your previous quotes by clicking to the quotes page when you are on the original system design tab. The system tab you have open will affect what quotes you see on the quote page, since quotes are system-specific.
  • Generate a new agreement once the design is finalized, or perform a re-sign if it is supported by the financing product you are using.
